Paintball Marker Packages
Paintball marker packages are an excellent idea for several reasons, and are great for beginning players. The normal paintball marker package that I’ve seen includes the marker, the mask, squeegee, barrel plug, a CO2 tank and a medium grade hopper. They will often include an Allen wrench set and some lubricant, as well as some pods and maybe even a harness.
For a new player this is a great way to go as you are getting all of the basics to have a complete ready-to-go marker with all of the required extras. Most of the paintball marker packages I’ve seen are for the entry-level beginner type models, which makes sense as the beginner guy is going to need all of these things. Someone who’s been playing for a while is going to already have a hopper, a mask, CO2 tank etc. In fact, chances are that he’ll have already upgraded a few things, and now would be looking for just a marker.
Paintball marker packages really are a smart way to go when you are new to the game, not just because you get everything you need to play, but because it will save you a lot of money over getting each item separately.
Some of the more popular paintball marker packages are the Spyder package, the Tippmann 98 Marker package, and the Tippmann US ARMY package for those who like the tactical woodsball style of paintball.
As you can probably tell, I am a fan of paintball market packages for new players. Tippmann is an excellent choice, as there are many upgrades you can do to a Tippmann 98 that can upgrade your gun for many years into your paintball playing days. You can upgrade a basic marker so much that you can make it a better gun than many high-end models. So consider that before deciding on a paintball marker package.
